EBIL - National Bilateral Body for Enterprises and Workers

EBIL is a bilateral body that is, a non-profit association between business organizations and workers' unions that covers the entire productive span of businesses.
The activation is desired by the National Collective Bargaining Agreement of the sector to provide services to workers and businesses.
In execution of the provisions of the National Collective Bargaining Agreements signed and to be signed between the parties deposited with the CNEL, the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies and all the Social Security and Welfare Bodies in charge, the National Bilateral Body called "Bilateral National Enterprise and Workers Body" in the abbreviation "EBIL", association not recognized pursuant to art. 39 and following of the Civil Code.

(Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Employer Confederation)
It is the Italian Confederation of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. Confimprese was founded in 1996 on the initiative of Entrepreneurs, in 2005 it took the name of Confimprese Italia.

The Confederation associates, brings together and coordinates the 78 Territorial Organizations, the 20 Category Federations and the 14 Federated Organizations of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises with organizational, financial and administrative autonomy.

ConfimpreseItalia is a "plural system" to which over 80,000 companies and professionals with a large representation of pensioners belong in various capacities.

ConfimpreseItalia is present in 20 Chambers of Commerce (16 Councils and 4 Councils), and is representative according to the provisions of the "Company Statute", Law 11/11/2011 n. 180.

There are three guidelines at the basis of CONFIMPRESEITALIA:
  • protection and bargaining at various levels;
  • the provision of efficient services;
  • the definition and proposal of development projects for the territory.
Finally, the ultimate ambition of the promoters of ConfimpreseItalia is to create an Ethical Confederation that will give life to a WAY TOGETHER, a broad shared model, in which not only companies and professionals coexist and participate but also the No-Profit world of social enterprises, NGOs, cooperatives, even salaried workers, pensioners, housewives, consumers all committed to creating a virtuous circuit with the value of man, his responsibilities and the market at the center.

(Federation of Trade Unions, Trade and Crafts)
The Federation of Industry, Trade and Craft Trade Unions is an autonomous union that was founded in 92 'with the aim of establishing a union force free from parties and ideologies.

CONFSAL FESICA aims to work towards the protection and enhancement of the worker understood as a fundamental protagonist of the country's economic and social life.

The operational initiative of the Federation is consequently anchored to firm principles of democracy, pluralism and independence as necessary supports aimed at guaranteeing an effective participatory role, also interpreting the expectations of the world of work disappointed by the trade union policy with a strong ideological-party characterization. .

CONFSAL FESICA aims to pursue the following objectives:
  • create a viable alternative to ideological unionism that has often moved into a narrow or distorted view of the interests of the world of work;
  • affirm a less ritual and demagogic trade union action line and therefore more urgent to pay attention to the general interests of the community;
  • to seek equalization and the indispensable pay justice of workers in a vision aimed at affirming and exalting professionalism and meritocracy;
  • activate adequate social promotion strategies aimed at recovering the economic system to ensure higher levels of quality of life for all workers.

The Body constitutes the instrument for the coordination and for carrying out the activities identified for the Bilateral Bodies in the field of employment, labor market, training and professional qualifications, provided for by the CCNL signed and by the agreements by the social partners at national level as defined in consequence of the work of the Joint Commission for Bilaterality.
